25 bucks just coz the box ain’t so pretty no more

Now I don’t need to worry about my tired old rat surviving my attempt to fix it this weekend..if it lives I’ll have a spare..if it dies it dies

its decided it doesnt like to work on black surfaces anymore

hopefully a good clean will fix it...but could just be the sensor dying...it is pretty old

Neat. After my Logitech M705 was stolen along with all the other stuff in my backpack, I broke out my backup - a Logitech M570 trackball .

I had forgotten how convenient this thing is. I can sit in my favorite chair with my laptop in my lap and the trackball sitting on the arm rest and still have full control over the cursor. I did buy a replacement M705 and a new G602 (both bought on sale), but both of them have seen little use since the trackball works fine and is more versatile in some ways. Go figure.

i never got on so well with trackballs...but i guess its all about what your used to

(that and tbh... im none too subtle...thats why i have a giant mousemat...i do love a good panic sweep :p)

Nice! Did yours come with a red ball or is that a Perrix ? I’ve thought about digging out my ancient Trackman and stealing the ball from there.

The ball is a replacement, the original blue one got scratched up too much to spin freely.
